All Cancellations and last minute rescheduling must be done before 24-48 hour period. *FULL SET CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 48 HOUR PERIOD* A deposit of 50% of your service booked is required in order to secure appointment and will be used towards your service. Last minute canceling or rescheduling after the 24-48 hour period you will lose your deposit, and will need a new deposit in order to book a new appointment. Late arrivals: I have a grace period of 10 minutes. After 15min a 25$ fee will be applied to your service, arriving late to your appointment may result in either a shortened service or a cancelled appointment. Payments: you are required to have FULL payment of service before arriving to appointment. Payment methods include credit or debit card, cash, or Venmo. NO other payment methods will be accepted. Appointment: please arrive with no eye makeup on, do not curl lashes before appointment, no caffeine before appointment and do not come in under the influence of any substances. Please do not come in to your appointment if you’re sick or do not feel well, let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule. Fills: You must have 50% of your lash extensions remaining in order for it to be a fill. Anything less than 30% will be considered a full set. *if you are coming from another artist with lashes on already that are not from lashesbymonica you must book under “NEW CLIENT FILL/foreign fill. I do not do regular fills on new clients that do not have lashes on by me the first appointment will need to be made as a foreign fill, a deposit of $40 and 2hr time slot** Complimentary fix: If you are having any issues, please reach out to me within the 72 hr period That way you are eligible for a free adjustment/mini fill at NO COST, however that does NOT cover lack of aftercare, regular lash shedding, allergies and side effects of clients medication. No guest policy. No pets or children allowed for safety sanitary reasons No refunds. All sales are final.
